On Sunday, January 6th, The Colony Academic Decathlon students showcased their talents in different studies at the regional competition at Hebron High School. Senior Riley Grove received a silver medal, and senior Nikhil Chepuri received a gold medal for his perfect score of 1000.

In the art section,  junior Chloe Park received a silver medal. In music, senior Adrian Hilburn received a gold medal. In science, Gove received a bronze medal, and Chephuri received a silver medal.

In social science, Chepuri received a bronze medal and Park received a gold medal. Then, in the speech competition, Park added to her collection with a silver medal in the honors division. The varsity division of speech belonged to senior Joel Mathai, who received a silver medal. Next, in the essay competition, sophomore Rivaan Patel received a gold medal in the scholastic division. Additionally, in the honors division, Chepuri received a bronze medal, Grove won silver and  Park achieved the Gold medal. Finally, Chepuri received a medal for being 4th overall in the honors decathlete competition.
