This week’s State Farm Athlete of the Week is The Colony High School soccer standout, Hagen Waesch.

“I’m really excited, I was shocked,” Waesch said. “I came down here and saw ‘Athlete of the Week’  – It’s always something I’ve wanted to achieve at this school. Soccer isn’t the biggest sport here, so I’m just really grateful to have gotten this award.”

The senior midfielder is currently committed to play Division I soccer at North Carolina next year.
